Have you ever wondered what makes the difference between small businesses and billion dollar empires? How do you learn how to scale up from a mom-and-pop shop to a company with thousands of employees?
This course, “Building a Bullet Proof Business,” is designed for students with little or no background in business development and infrastructure to learn to run an organized business that helps to increase customer retention and grow your company. We show you how to develop your own independent empire and do more by working less by putting best practices and systems in place.
This powerful program provides an introductory examination of four major areas of business development: business structures, business systems, business policies, and business procedures. Our goal is to help students to understand the purpose of these major business components, the main benefits, the design, and the continuing relevance of effective business management, leadership, and development.
Themes of this Course:
- Building a sustainable business
- Decreasing the rates of business failure
- Leadership and Management development
- The impact of poor business management
- How developing systems and structures increases revenue
The class format will begin with understanding the purpose of business structures, systems, policies, and procedures, followed by a demonstration, and the students will be asked to complete its own policy handbook, organizational chart, and procedures manual.
Live online Class Lectures and/or Q&A sessions will take place each week on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. EST
