During the pandemic Walker-Davis made 200 instructional videos on how to survive the

pandemic and protect families. She scaled her business, Imperial Management Group from 3

staffers to 23 when she found out there was $850B available in grants which allowed her to

increase her bottom line to multiple 6 figures and win $4.5M for her clients. The truth of the

matter is Women and Minority owned businesses and non-profits are not winning grants, they

have a 4% success rate. With Walker-Davis they have a 95% success rate. Walker-Davis, MPA,

MA is a serial entrepreneur and a servant leader. She is the Managing Partner for IMG, a grant

development firm that is changing the trajectory for Women and BIPOCs. She is on a mission to

recirculate the $3T dollars within the Black community.

A survivor of several life-threatening automobile accidents, she now uses her second chances

and total existence to fulfill God’s plan for her life to use her global influence and ecosystem to

transform lives and change the world. The founder and visionary behind WOPAT’s major

initiative to create “1 Billion Successful Women Entrepreneurs Worldwide”. She launched her

initiative in Accra, Ghana and an agreement was signed at the Consulate of Ghana New York

City, August 2022. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., AACCNJ, Pocono

Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Michael V. Roberts R.I.G. Team, franchise owner of MBN, and

Black Broadway investor. A former Senior Congressional Evaluator, she wrote 10 GAO

Congressional reports and received numerous awards for high caliber assistance. Walker-Davis

hosts a podcast “Fresh Money Talk”.

She is the co-author with Dr. George Fraser and others, of the highly acclaimed book, “Whoo

Influenced You” where she gives a loving tribute to her parents, now deceased, and draws upon

the Power of Family. She eagerly serves as an Alumni Ambassador and helped raise millions for

Endowed Scholarships for Black and Brown students at Syracuse University. She is married to

her college sweetheart and business partner of 36 years, and they are the proud parents of four

amazing young professionals. All are alumni of Syracuse University, known as the “Davis 6”.
