How to purchase and own a hotel - A guide for Black Business Owners
Course Summary
The truth is that many people are afraid due to seemingly high costs of buying and managing hotel properties. They think that they don't have the money to successfully enter the market nor have the expertise to make the venture successful. They see brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt, not knowing the secret behind their success: third-party property owners. If you're looking for an industry with proven returns-on-investment, a legacy business that you can pass down for generations or want to be a massive job-creator for local communities, then the hotel business may be right for you.
Every week, please allocate approximately 2 hours for class. The first hour will be a lecture on the weekly topic while the second hour will be dedicated to answering your questions.
